If you have a concern about your current supports or services, it’s important to talk about it. ​ Anyone receiving NDIS supports or services may provide feedback via Contact Us. To make a complaint you can do so in writing or verbally. To do this in writing, please download the form and return this via email.​ This will help identify an issue to improve the quality of your supports provided in your package.

 

  • Your complaint will be handled with confidentiality and respect 

  • Advise you on how long the complaint will take

  • Investigate the complaint fairly 

  • Provide a thorough response detailing the outcomes.

  • Protect your information and privacy
